Customer Service Officer (Trainee)

Job Role:

  • Handle Tamil customers and Coordinate routine work at the Customer Service Department
  • Respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Completion of A/L is a minimum qualification
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (Sinhala would be an added advantage)
  • Prior experience in Customer Service would be an added advantage
