HR Manager

• Preferably Degree or equivalent Professional qualification from a recognized Institute (IPM / NIBM)
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in the similar capacity
• Sound understanding in legal aspects pertaining to employment and    industrial    relations.
• Be a team player with strong interpersonal relations and excellent communication    skills.
• Process Improvement experience would be advantageous
• Effective negotiation skills
• Be proficient in English language with computer literacy
