Senior HR Executive / HR Executive

• Professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognised institute
• Should have minimum 5 years of experience
• Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws and must be familiar with all modern HR strategies and administrative procedures
• Should have knowledge and skills in manpower planning & recruitment, training & development procedures, salaries & wages administration, performance appraisal systems & disciplinary procedures & safety
• Strong oral and written communications skills are imperative, as well as good organisational ability
• Should be able to promote HR activities, programs, social activities that will build loyalty of the employees towards the company
• Age below 35 years
