Human Resource Executive

Locations: Batticaloa / Jaffna

Responsibilities:

• Calling candidates for interviews
• Conducting interview process for selecting new blood to the company
• Conducing the induction programme to new recruits
• Handling the registration of new recruit in EPF, ETF
• Responsible for EPF, ETF correspondence
• Handling letters related to HR activities

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma or Professional Qualification in HRM (IPM/NIBM) or a recognised university
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR related activities
• Fair knowledge in labour laws
• Good PR with strong leadership
• Should be self-driven and be a team player with sound interpersonal skills
