Customer Care Executive
The ideal candidate should be below 25 years of age and possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification. A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service is essential to perform this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, ability to work long hours (roster basis) and on holidays as and when required and ability to work within a team are key competencies sought.
Male candidates who are able to work long hours (roster basis) and on holidays as and when required are preferred.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all correct information is relayed to the pickup desk for timely consignment collections
- Ensuring that customers are updated with information regarding products, services, customs procedures, delivery schedules etc
- Ensuring that all receipts are transferred from the Oracle system to the local system
- Forwarding pickup slips which are acknowledge by the pickup desk to the sales department
