Branch Coordinator - Leasing
Job Profile:
- To supervise the function related to Branch Coordination (For branches designated)
- Follow up online files to system approvals
- Provide existing files for approving authorities when requested
- Providing information to Marketing officers and on request to customers
- Handling customer calls and direct inquiries
Prerequisites:
- 2 years experience in the Bank / Leasing / Financial Institution
- 5 Credits at the G.C.E. O/L including mathematics & English and 2 passes at the G.C.E. A/L excluding General English would be advantageous
- Knowledge of LMS and LMA (Leasing Systems)
- Computer literacy
- Customer care
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
