Branch Coordinator - Leasing

Job Profile:

  • To supervise the function related to Branch Coordination (For branches designated)
  • Follow up online files to system approvals
  • Provide existing files for approving authorities when requested
  • Providing information to Marketing officers and on request to customers
  • Handling customer calls and direct inquiries

Prerequisites:

  • 2 years experience in the Bank / Leasing / Financial Institution
  • 5 Credits at the G.C.E. O/L including mathematics & English and 2 passes at the G.C.E. A/L excluding General English would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of LMS and LMA (Leasing Systems)
  • Computer literacy
  • Customer care
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
