Junior Executive - HR

The ideal candidate should be below 30 years of age and possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification. A Foundation / Certificate course in HR is preferred. A minimum of 1 year's working experience will be considered advantageous. Excellent analytical, PR, communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of English, ability to work long and irregular hours under pressure when required and ability to work with a team are key competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Handling all assigned HR related work with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Uploading company application forms of new recruits to the HRIS
  • Coordinating and arranging interviews and training programmes with Group HR
  • Checking medical claims and preparing the medical claim reimbursement schedule
  • Coordinating the process of obtaining access cards for new staff
  • Preparing reports
