Customer Helpdesk Assistant (Male / Female)

Are you the right Candidate?

  • Sound knowledge in MS Office package
  • Should possess 1 to 2 years' experience of working in a call centre or customer care service centre (or experience in handling reception cum telephone efficiently)
  • Should handle all calls that are coming to the customer care help desk hotlines without fail
  • Take down every order those are coming through the hotlines correctly and efficiently
  • Consult and check with relevant production departments or department heads on possibilities on production and delivery on special order inquiries
  • Should enter confirmed orders to the Management Information System correctly for order processing
  • Should Coordinate with Production, Despatch, Delivery end points (P&S outlets, SBUs and direct customers) to ensure the order is processed and delivered correctly on time
  • Should handle order for outdoor catering - must direct to a responsible person int he department
  • Ability to work late hours to meet deadlines
  • G.C.E. O/L with credit pass in English and Mathematics
  • Age below 30 years
