Prerequisites for applicants:

• A University degree in Agriculture, Science, Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, Economic, Hospitality Management, Marketing or Arts.
• Full or part professional qualifications equivalent to a degree
• Fair knowledge of English with a flair for public relations is essential
• Exceptional communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil
• Age below 28 years

During the training period trainees will be entitled to an attractive remuneration package on par with industry norms.
