Training Coordinator - HR

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Training Coordinator, who will work closely with HR and Managers, to lead our retail employee training initiatives.

Training Coordinator - HR

You will:

• Develop and present internal training courses for retail staff (such as sales, communication, personal development)
• Manage the employee training database (to monitor courses attended and planned, employee progress)
• Schedule training sessions for online courses

You must have:

• At least 1-2 years of direct sales experience in a retail company, and ideally experience in a similar training role
• Enthusiasm, Confidence and Initiative
• Good level of Sinhala and English (oral and written communication)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
