Logistics & Administration Coordinator (Pharmaceutical)

Role Profile:

  • To analyse stock and provide reconciliations to the management
  • To develop excellent relationships with stakeholders
  • To manage 3rd party warehouse Inventory with management guidance
  • To manage day-today activities of the warehouse such as GRN, accepting market returns.etc
  • To deliver special orders on time as per Company requirements
  • Demonstrate personal commitment on ensuring global EHS policies and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance of relevant work area to GSK EHS policies, guidelines and local regulations
  • Timely communication of EHS information
  • Ensure and support training of employees on EHS aspect
  • Reward and celebrate EHS achievement
  • Gain support and commitment from others
  • Set and communicate clear objectives and expectations
  • Take timely decisions with a sense of urgency to meet the organisational goals
  • Commitment to quality
  • Influencing and networking skills
  • Able to inspire, motivate the team to achieve results
  • Ability to encourage and create safe environment through innovations/creativity

Personal Profile:

  • Possess a degree or equivalent  professional qualification in the field of Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge on the operation of Pharmaceutical warehouse/ stores with experience
  • Should be creative and possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
