Branch Manager

Location: Nuwaraeliya

Our Branch Managers play a vital role on the frontline of our day-to-day operations, providing our customers with financial solutions across the island. The ideal candidates would inspire our branches to achieve greater heights in both fund mobilisation and development of assets portfolio. The ability to formulate branch appropriate strategy and think outside the box as well as good networking skills will be invaluable.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Possess over 4 years' managerial experience of which 2 years should be in a bank or financial institution
• Exposure in Fund Mobilisation and Commercial / Personal Lending would be preferred
• A Degree in Finance, Commerce or Marketing from a recognised university or an equivalent part / full professional qualification
• Part qualification in CIM / SLIM or an equivalent qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage
• Ability to operate the branch as a profit centre by providing overall leadership
• Ability to motivate the team to produce results while keeping to deadlines
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
