Branch Manager

Location: Rathnapura

Responsibilities:

• Identify market segments and customers to be served by your region and offer differentiated package to gain competitive advantage
• Train your team members on how to approach the identified market in an effective manner and to motivate and assist them to achieve their targets
• Ensure that the debtors are kept to a minimum considering the very high finance costs which would otherwise reduce profits significantly
• Coordinate with support departments to ensure that all customer orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner in keeping with the company's sales and service promise
• Ensure that the department overheads are kept within budget and proper records are maintained in line with ISO requirements

Profile:

• 3-5 years' experience in similar capacity with corporate marketing background
• Post graduate diploma in marketing or part qualification in SLIM / CIM
• Strong organisational skills, planning, communication and leadership skills
• Able to communicate in English for business communication purposes
• Able to work with minimum supervision and willing to work remotely
• Preferably a male candidate who is below 35 years of age
• Candidates within the Rathnapura area will be given preference
