Senior Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting interview process for selecting new blood to the company
  • Conducing the induction programme to new recruits
  • Handling letters related to HR activities
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and target with under pressure

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma or Professional Qualification in HRM (IPM/NIBM) or a recognised university
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment
  • Head hunting ability will be an added advantage
  • Fair knowledge in labour laws
  • Good PR with strong leadership
  • Should be self-driven and be a team player with sound interpersonal skills
