We seek young, pleasant and energetic person to fill the following position at our Head Office in Union Place, Colombo 2

Receptionist

Location: Head Office (Union Place)

Job Role:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls courteously
• Build the company image by greeting and professionally attending to the visitors
• Distribution of all incoming & outgoing mail/packages to relevant persons and organisations
• Responsible to maintain stationary items for the head office (orders/store & distribution)
• Attend to administrative tasks as and when necessary

Key Requirements:

• Successfully passed G.C.E. A/L
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate fluently in English & Sinhala languages is essential
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Conversant in MS Office packages
