The ideal candidates should be business driven and be able to grow Gold Loan portfolio as per the business plan.
Gold Loan Officers
Locations: Ambalangoda / Avissawella / Deniyaya / Kandy / Kandana / Kirulapona / Nittambuwa / Tissamaharama
The candidates should have knowledge on identifying of gold content in gold articles and determine the proper lending value against them, as well as effective communication skills in order to provide exceptional customer services and requires the ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Between 18-25 years of age
- Should possess 5 Credit Passes for G.C.E. O/L including Mathematics & English and G.C.E. A/L 3 Passes
- One year experience in gold loan with good P.R. skills
- Good communication skills
Remuneration:
A build up remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on qualifications, experience and competence.
