Hemas is a public quoted company operating in the business of Wellness (FMCG, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals Distribution), Leisure (Hotels, Inbound & Outbound Tourism and Airline GSAs) and Mobility (Maritime and Logistics).

Receptionist cum Admin Coordinator

You will be responsible for working as Receptionist for companies at Hemas House whilst providing administrative support as and when required.

Ideal candidate should be equipped with the following:

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification and G.C.E. O/L with a credit pass for English
  • Ability to work with MS Office package
  • Excellent communication skills and public relation skills
  • Basic knowledge in handling a PABX
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
