Receptionist
Responsibility:
The ideal candidate is responsible for answering all incoming calls and handling callers' inquiries, greeting visitors and directing them to the relevant person or department. Manage and do relevant follow-ups on company activities, receiving and sorting daily mail, emails, deliveries, couriers and forward to respective departments.
Candidate Profile:
- Passed G.C.E. A/L in any stream
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to work in a computerised office environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess excellent command in English both written and oral. Tamil would be an added advantage
The successful candidate would be provided with a competitive salary on par with the industry standards.
