Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a young and energetic individual who possess recognised qualifications and expertise in the HR field to fill the above position in one of our brand new four star resort in southern coast of Sri Lanka.

Role:

• Coordinate all HR related process of the Hotel
• Perform all administrative tasks related recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, time and attendance, training and development, performance management, grievance handling, welfare activities, personal records and related functions for all staff

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognised university or equal professional qualification in HRM
• Ability to converse in Sinhala, English & Tamil will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High degree of commitment, dedication and integrity
• Exposure to an HRIS system will be an added advantage
• Willingness to be stationed at the Hotel
