Trainee Customer Service Representatives

Locations: Colombo 5 / Negombo / Wattala / Nuwara Eliya

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Sinhala or Tamil
• Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks while identifying work priorities
• Previous experience in similar capacity will be an advantage
• School leavers are encouraged to apply
