Assistant Manager

Location: Automall (Colombo)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the respective branches to achieve sales targets
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining high level of Customer Service standards
• Analyse and monitor the market and carryout promotional activities as and when necessary
• Follow up on RMV Procedures & vehicle delivery process
• Liaise with Banks / Leasing Companies in the relevant areas
• Supervise & motivate the Sales Staff for effective performance
• Provide management information reports on a monthly basis
• Attend to after sales service

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' work experience in the industry & 2 years in a similar position
• Full/Part qualification in Marketing obtained from a Recognised Institute (SLIM / CIM)
• Successfully passed G.C.E. A/L
• Fluency in English, Sinhala & Tamil languages would be an advantage
• Possess a valid riding / driving license
• Good PR Skills and Management Skills
• Age below 35 years
