Executive - Human Resources

Looking for a dynamic an energetic person who can assist in the achievement of HR objectives who can attend to all requirements in terms of mainly Learning and Development, and also Recruitment, Performance Management, Career Management, Succession Management in order to contribute to overall Human Resources services of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the process of the Learning and Development and plan the development plan in order
  • Scope and facilitating the development of timely learning solutions that arise across the company, based on competency needs with a future focus
  • Executive duties pertaining to Salesforce (T2o) based learning solution for Learning and development related activities including conducting trainings sessions for all stakeholders
  • Carryout the recruitment process till the final selection of the appropriate candidate's on boarding
  • Assist the process of Performance Management, Career Management and Succession Management process and system aspects in the organisation
  • Make preparation to accommodate future HR initiatives in order to contribute towards overall HR services of the organisation
  • Prepare proposals and implement any other special projects with regard to talent management and talent engagement

Qualification and Experience:

  • A degree / CIMA part qualified or any other professional qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Work experience is not a constrain with relevant experience will be an added advantage
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
