AMW is the agent in Sri Lanka for world renowned brands such as Nissan, Yamaha, Renault, Suzuki, Suzuki Maruti, Piaggio, New Holland, Dong Feng, BP, Castrol, SONAX, Goodyear and Evergreen. The local brands in the portfolio include EPIC, Marathon, Automall, Pitstop and Capital Leasing.

We are in the process of strategically expanding the business and looking for young, dynamic, high calibre person to fill the following position in Pitstop.

Administration Executive - Renault

Locations: Kandy / Galle / Kurunegala / Anuradhapura

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Open and close repair orders and prepare invoices raising payment vouchers
• Supporting for preparation of annual departmental budgets
• Supporting to reception of customers
• Preparation and writing bills & invoices
• Refer invoice generated by SAP system and maintain fully updated reports
• Maintain records and prepare reports as necessary

Key Requirements:

• 3 years' industry experience with minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
• Part qualification in accountancy from a recognised Institute will be an added advantage
• Successfully passed G.C.E. A/L
• Fluency in English and Sinhala languages
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Age below 28 years
