Executive - Resource Management

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in Resource Management to join our global team and grow their career.

Responsibilities:

• Work on all the staffing needs of the BU/segments
• Work very closely with the segment leads and understand staffing needs
• Handle pressure and close staffing needs on time
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for external hiring and joining as per schedules
• Operations related reporting on a daily/weekly basis
• Update all the internal staffing systems on a regular basis by coordinating with support functions
• Bench management

Ideal candidate should have:

• Resource Management experience in an IT service setup
• Bachelor's degree or MBA
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in planning, fulfilment and optimisation functions would be a plus
• Good skills in MS Excel
• Willingness to work with a team and get on ground level when required
• Familiarity with existing practices in Resource Management in medium/large enterprises
