Management Trainees

Eligibility Criteria:

• A degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 2nd class upper division 
  OR
  ​Passed finalist of ICA, CIMA, ACCA, CIM or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Very good presentation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ICT
• Individuals with extremely positive attitude
• Achievements in sports / extra-curricular activities & or events to display Leadership & Managerial capabilities will be a definite advantage
• Age below 27 years
• The selected candidates should be willing to serve in any part of the country

The Management Trainee programme is a 2 year on the job training which will offer the right candidate a comprehensive leaning of overall Banking functions. Upon successful completion of two years with the performance standards acceptable to the Management, the candidates will be absorbed into the Executive Grade of the Bank's cadre.
