Customer Support Engineer

Experience / Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications :

  • Good knowledge and troubleshooting skills in MS Windows Server environment (2003, 2008 R2, 2012 R2)
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Exchange, Active Directory, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, IIS, ISA servers
  • Operational maintenance of LAN / WAN and knowledge in VPN. Firewall, Routers and Switches
  • Experience in MS SQL, Linux, VMware, MAC environment would be a definite advantage
  • Must have Professional Qualifications (MCSE , MCTP. MCITP, CCNA)
  • Minimum 3+ years prior experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
