Executive - SAP

Accountabilities:
You will be responsible To facilitate the effective use of the SAP system at the plant by assisting in monitoring and guiding SAP users in order to ensure adherence to same whilst, providing the Management with timely and accurate information thereby, supporting the decision making process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Whistle coordinating with the core SAP team, ensuring all transactions are performed accurately, sort delivery issues which includes both internal/ technical that occur through the system and identify and initiate amendments that needs to be incorporated into the SAP system
• Train Managers, Executives and Recorders on the process of obtaining reports through the SAP system
• Ensure 100% on time updation of the line-in and line-out scanning systems & 100% FG confirmation of the daily line-out scanned quantities
• Monitor stock levels at the temporary storage location as well as external locations and daily
• completed SO stocks and circulate the relevant report on a weekly basis whilst also monitoring
• WIP levels in all areas
• Supervise/ monitor the activities of recorders whilst, preparing factory information reports in a timely and accurate manner and monitor rejects within the system; ensure system updates are carried out accurately
• Take accountability of the on time efficiency report
• Monitor the daily completed SO stocks and circulate the relevant report on a weekly basis whilst also monitoring WIP levels in all areas

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant field, preferably in Information Technology
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Good Coordination and Communication and IT literacy
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
• Analytical skills
