Client Centre Executive - Telesales

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote and acquire new customers to Standard Chartered Bank's Retail Client portfolio
• Achieve pre-defined performance targets based on quality, sales & efficiency
• Management and development of existing relationships with customer to ensure maximum realisation of profitable sales potential
• Offer superlative service to all customers of the Bank ensuring delivery of world class service standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified in Advanced Level or Ordinary Level examinations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a flair for Customer Service
• Strong communication skills in English
• Target oriented individual
