Client Centre Executive - Telesales
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote and acquire new customers to Standard Chartered Bank's Retail Client portfolio
- Achieve pre-defined performance targets based on quality, sales & efficiency
- Management and development of existing relationships with customer to ensure maximum realisation of profitable sales potential
- Offer superlative service to all customers of the Bank ensuring delivery of world class service standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualified in Advanced Level or Ordinary Level examinations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a flair for Customer Service
- Strong communication skills in English
- Target oriented individual
