The Person:

  • Possess at least B passes for Mathematics and English at the G.C.E. O/L in one sitting
  • 3 passes (excluding English) at G.C.E. A/L in one sitting or part professional qualification would be an advantage
  • Below 23 years of age
  • Possess pleasant and friendly mannerism
  • Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to serving customers
  • Possess a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • Be computer literate
  • Previous work experience in a banking environment would be an added advantage

The Job:

  • Handle all inbound calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate departments / individuals in a professional manner
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints of customers and the public promptly
  • Ensure timely escalation of unresolved queries / complaints
