Customer Care Assistant
Job Role:
- Responsible to ensure all quotations & invoices are done in a timely manner
- Proactive liaise with Sales Executives
- Follow up on backorders
- Manage the customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
- Have good passes in G.C.E. A/L
- Be computer literate in MS Office
- Have an ability of reading and writing English
- Previous experience of 1-2 years' in Accounts or Customer Care
- Good interpersonal, team work and negotiation skills
