Head of Recoveries

Location: Corporate Office - Maradana

The successful candidate will be heading a team of debt collectors and will be responsible for the following areas:

• Regularly monitor debtors to ensure that it is within the company policy
• Coordinate with customers (Individual / Corporate / Finance Companies / Dealers) to follow up on outstanding payments
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Constantly strive to improve systems and implement credit control measures
• Regularly reporting on effectiveness and efficiency of the collection to the Management

Applicants Profile:

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a computerised accounting background
• A hardworking dynamic team player between the ages of 25-40
• Partial qualification from a recognised accounting body would be an advantage
