Recovery Executive / Officer

Key Requirements:

• Achieving recovery targets and integral part of day to day operation
• Scheduling field visits in order to follow up on customers with more than two months' arrears
• Investigate actual reasons for defaulting and give relevant information to Head of Recovery department
• Negotiate with customers by reaching an agreement to clear arrears, always trying to ensure that the maximum affordable amount is agreed
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business process

The ideal candidate should:

• Have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in Finance / Insurance industry
• Have achieved a basic qualification in G.C.E. A/L
• Possession of a valid driving / riding license
• Be below 35 years of age
• Be willing for extensive travelling
• Having professional part qualification from the Institute of Credit Management of Sri Lanka will be a distinct advantage
