Executive Housekeeper
Executive Housekeeper will direct and control housekeeping operations and staff of the housekeeping department. He/She will co-ordinate between housekeeping crews to inspect assigned areas to ensure standards.
The Job Role Encompasses:
- Plan, organize and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of patient & customer satisfaction.
- Should address all patients' & customers' complaints.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct as per OHSAS standards in the Hospital.
- Verify staff schedules and ensure that the department is properly staffed for the following day.
- Manage team to ensure seamless and uninterrupted service to patients.
Eligibility Requirement:
- Higher National Diploma in housekeeping or hospitality management.
- More than 3 years post qualifying experience in healthcare or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Age between 28 - 40 years.
