Customer Service Audit Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To address all aspects of customer service requirements with the aim of maximising customer satisfaction
  • To meet with ISO 9001:2015 requirements related to customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints proactively and as quickly as possible
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators to ensure customers experience our maximum assistance
  • Develop policies and procedures on behalf of the company to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Meet customer regularly and obtain feedback on service level and carryout a customer service survey, Island wide

Requirements:

  • Port qualified in CIMA (UK), CMA
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 is preferred
  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work under pressure, work to deadlines and use own initiatives
