Data Entry Officer (Loyalty & CRM)

Tasks & Duties:

• Responsible for transcription of information from Loyalty applications to the centralised database, whilst ensuring accuracy of data
• Recording of operational transactions with regards to distribution of Loyalty cards to outlets
• Reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data when required
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
• Communicate with stores as and when required

Qualifications:

• G.C.E. O/L and A/L
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
• Understanding of Excel tools
• Previous experience in similar capacity
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
