Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated and result oriented individual with excellent leadership qualities for the above post. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you should possess a sound knowledge in all key result areas of HR Management and comprehensive knowledge in labour laws.
Key Requirements:
- A Degree or full professional qualification from a recognised university or institution
- An MBA would be a definite advantage
- A minimum of Three (3) years of experience in the similar capacity, preferably in a Bank or finance company
- Excellent communication skills in oral / written English is mandatory
- Computer literate
- Age below 40 years
