Head of Application Support
We are looking for the right candidate to lead our customer support team as a Head of Technical Support.

This role will manage all customer services and technical support functions for myPOS installations both local and overseas. Successful candidates will have experience in building and managing customer service / technical support functions within a successful software solutions company. He will work efficiently and effectively with the management team throughout the product lifecycle. In addition, this role will work closely with the sales organization to ensure the field is equipped to win. This role requires a blend of customer service / technical support expertise, dedication to excellence and good judgement.

Being a proactive thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment is a must.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling POS / Accounting Solutions, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Windows Server & Client environment, Crystal Reports.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the capacity of technical / customer support head / team leader role.
  • Should have a degree in IT or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication & leadership with strong follow skills and who uses their initiative to improve customer service.
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Salary negotiable.
