Executive - Human Resources Development

The ideal candidate should be a young and energetic professional with proven people handling skills, effective communication skills, team spirit, analytical thinking and thrive towards excellence and quality. With a minimum of 3 years hands on experience in HRM/HRD you should also possess a degree and or diploma in HRM or HRD.

The Job Role:

• Prepare training gap analysis reports under the guidance of Manager HTD
• Prepare and annual monthly training calendars
• Maintain training expenditure and all related payments
• Responsible to maintain training records in HRIS
• Maintain and update sustainability related reports
• Prepare training and familiarisation schedules
• Plan and assist to conduct all compliance related training programmes
