Call Centre Assistant

Each Call Centre Assistant will be part of the highly motivated team who wishes to serve customers in an effective and efficient manner.

The selected candidates will be assigned to answer incoming calls of customer and to assist them with accidents, inquiries, assessments & complaints.

The Role:

  • Obtain accurate details of the accident & update the system
  • Allocation of damage appraisers
  • Carryout follow up calls
  • Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complaints

The Profile:

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L
  • Willingness to work on shift basis
  • Clear & pleasant voice
  • Good communication skills both Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be a distinct advantage
  • Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Computer literate
  • Call Centre experience in a reputed Insurance Company / other related industries will be an added advantage
