Manager - Human Resources
(Group Human Resources)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop HR Business plans for portfolio and or division in line with pertaining requirements
- Support Group HR in identifying, developing and implementing best practices in HR that would alleviate workforce capabilities to world class standards
- Ensure yearly Man Power Plan for the group is finalist and is in line with the overall business objectives
- Responsible to ensure portfolios / divisions are implementing and adhering to the group performance management standards thereby building a high performance culture
- To assist Group HR in bi-annual & annual performance reviews and ensure they are conducted in a timely manner and approvals are obtained before the deadline
- To be responsible for Performance Ratings related counselling & Grievance management
- To be responsible for reviewing & evaluating with Line management & CSO on staff identified for promotions
- Develop succession plans for divisions by identifying positions that could be developed into the next level to ensure that there are strong second level managers
- To ensure the wellbeing of all employees in assigned portfolios / divisions through effective implementation of employee welfare activities and employee benefit schemes
- Ensure that all relevant HR related monthly reports are submitted to group HR in a timely manner
- To ensure healthy employee relations are maintained across the assigned portfolios / divisions through effective employee relations activities
- Ensure necessary mechanisms are in place to identify training needs of the assigned portfolios / divisions
- Ensure proper recruitment and selection systems are in place to attract and retain best talent for the group
- Develop a productivity matrix and analyse justification for manpower requirements in consultation with the line & CXO
Person Specification:
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in HRM
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in similar capacity
- Sound Analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills and attention in detail
