Customer Care Executive

Requirements:

  • Individual with a pleasing personality with exceptional customer service
  • Should possess excellent telephone etiquette with good public relationship skills
  • Should have a very good command of spoken English and Sinhala
  • Ability have a good command of spoken English and Sinhala
  • Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage
  • 1-2 years working experience in similar field
  • Age between 18-25 years
  • Ability to work well with levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and Vendors
  • Sensitivity on confidential matters is a must
  • Should be capable of handling and coordinating the general office administration work
