Intern - Learning & Development

Locations: Battaramulla

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Intern - Learning & Development at MAS Fabrics (Pvt) Ltd - Battaramulla.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the superior on coordinating and organising skill development programmes and initiatives to meet the development requirements of staff, by liaising with the heads of departments & developing competency assessment packs.
• Coordinate the induction programmes and to ensure necessary information / awareness is given in a timely manner for a smooth onboarding
• Assist in the identification, implementation & monitoring of the training programmes, to meet the development needs of employees and ensure accurate & up-to-date documentation

Profile:

• Degree or Equivalent qualification in HR / Business Management. Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and should be willing to travel to plants which are based in Thulhiriya & Biyagama as per the calendar plan.
