Assistant Front Office Manager
Main Tasks:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of department operations
- Ensure a professional and efficient service is extended to guests at all times
- Promptly dealing with customer complaints
- Assist in maximising room revenue, promote in house facilities, monitor and control costs
- Train and guide associates in the Front Office to ensure that all guests receive a good service as per the brand standards
- Ensure the department operations comply with brand standards and other policies
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A professional qualification in Hospitality and Tourism Management from a recognised professional institution
- 3-4 years proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star hotel with demonstratable operational experience in front desk and people management
- Strong PR, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Very good customer service skills
Remuneration for the above position will be in accordance with the JKH Compensation and Benefits Policy.
