Leasing Officer

The Job:
You will be required to evaluate the potential customers' credit risk, transact the business efficiently in a timely manner and be accountable for maintaining the growth of a healthy portfolio. You will also be responsible for marketing Leases, Hire Purchases and other auto finance products in order to grow the portfolio. Thus you will be responsible for meeting all needs of the customer in terms of auto finance products. The customers will comprise of large Corporates, SMEs and Individuals.

The Person:

• Should be below 35 years of age
• Possess at least 5 years of work experience in the business of leasing and related products at a reputed organisation in the capacity of an Executive. Experience of handling all above customer categories will be anticipated.
• Possess a degree and/or full or part professional qualifications in any of the following disciplines of Business Studies, Finance and Banking.
• Experience in hire purchase will be advantageous
• Be a team player with the ability to lead
• Be proactive in carrying tasks to completion
• Be self-motivated to serve any customer
• Should be willing to travel outstation as and when required
