We are looking for HR Executive - Employee Relations, to join our dynamic team.

HR Executive - Employee Relations

Job Profile:

  • He/She will be assisting with the execution of employee engagement survey in the organisation and metrics that will enable the organisation to track employee engagement progress.
  • Required to coordinate with senior Management and Department Heads in the process of execution of strategies and create a demonstratable link between engagement and desired strategic goals including assisting with organising awareness sessions to enable Department Heads to analyse their own data and build action plans
  • Organising engagement activities with the Senior Management to serve as a link between the management and employees by attending to employee related queries by interpreting and administering conacts and supporting to resolve work-related issues
  • Responsible for handling employee medical insurance and medical schemes of the company
  • Responsible for executing effective communication channels across the company at any level via notice boards, eflyers, organising meetings and newsletters etc
  • Assist with conducting the Exit Interviews and provide updates to the Management and Department Heads of the outcome
  • Involve with activities related to labour relations and maintain  harmonious /cordial industrial relations environment within the organisation
  • Ensure implementation of best HR practices to enhance employee satisfaction and performance at all levels across organiastion
  • Co-ordnation with creating awareness related to HR operations activities and new initiatives among the staff
  • Required to assist with the HR team related issues/projects as and when required

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity out of which at least 1 year hands on experience in Employee Engagement process/activities
  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources / Business Management is a must
  • Should be below 30 years of age
