Call Centre Agent / Telephone Operator

Qualifications and Skills:

  • To be successful in this role you would need to possess:
  • Minimum 3 passes in G.C.E. A/L
  • Good command in English and Sinhala languages (Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Oral communication skills - ability to speak in a clear & concise manner under varying circumstances
  • Customer service mindset and an outgoing personality
  • Knowledge about insurance will be an advantage
  • Willingness to work on shift / roster basis
  • A positive and result-oriented individual with a "can-do" attitude
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply
