Technical Support Trainees

To be Train To:

• Interface customers over the phone and electronic means to resolve the technical issues.
• Monitor network, systems aler. for any variance from standard operating process and initiate corrective measures.
• Study the customer usage patterns and proactively take appropriate steps. 

Should have:

• Good A/L in Mathematical or rr Stream
• Keenness to pursue technical career in IT/ Communication 
• Willingness to work on Shift basis.
• Males below 23 years of age
