Delmage Group is positioning to be one of the leading conglomerates in Sri Lanka and is looking for dynamic individual to join us in following position to strengthen our Group Finance Team.

Assistant Finance Manager

The Role:

Mainly responsible for providing the final Management Accounts of Grip Delmege and managing factory finance operation and the debtors and creditors while performing other related duties to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives of the division.

• Preparing of monthly accounts
• Preparation of product costing and profitability reports advice the financial implication
• Supervision of the accounting transactions in Grip Delmege and Grip Nordic
• Coordination and overlooking Annual Audit
• Coordination with regulatory authorities
• Supervision and implementing the internal controls in the factory and the finance department
• Supervision of the supply chain of the company
• Supervising the stock verification process
• Working capital management and Handling bank balances and the debtors / creditors

The Individual:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or full/part professional qualification in ICASL / CIMA / ACCA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing / production industry, including minimum 3 years' experience in senior role
• Computer literacy, including fair knowledge on automated accounting packages
• Should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Good team player with a winning attitude
• Residing in close proximity to Maththegoda area
• Age below 40 years
