Senior Banking Assistant - Corporate (Internet Banking)

The ideal candidate is expected to work closely with the Corporate Banking customers, to drive Internet Banking usage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers along with Relationship Manager to understand respective needs
• Train the customers & their staff independently on the Internet Banking product & complete the UAT process
• Provide assistance in training Bank personnel on the features and benefits of Internet Banking
• Take ownership and ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues
• Coordinate between the Customers & Operations Department with regard to processing of Internet Banking applications
• Communicate recurring and or serious issues to Management

Qualifications / Skills & Other Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Banking
• Should have passed G.C.E. A/L preferably with the professional qualifications in Banking or equivalent
• Previous experience in a related IT position will be a definite advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Good relationship management skills
• Fast learner with excellent IT literacy
