Accounts Assistant

Job Profile:

• Arrange the petty cash payments for allocated region
• Ledger Accounts Reconciliation (allocated by the Accountant)
• Attending stock verification
• Stock reconciliation
• Creating purchase orders
• Check GRN/supplier bills
• Communicate with suppliers
• Check daily cheque deposits and credit card collection and reconciliation

Personal & Skills Profile:

• Passed finalist level of AAT/CAB 1 of Chartered Accountancy or diploma in Accountancy
• Age below 30 years
• Should be able to speak in English
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in IT (MS Office)
• Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a self starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.
